The Jamal Brothers, owners of CPD Energy Corp (CPD) present Charitable Donation Check to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
CPD Energy Corp is a privately owned Gasoline Station and Convenience Store retailer based in New Paltz, NY. The company is actively involved in over 300 fueling facilities in 4 northeast states, with the majority of its company operations in Ulster, Dutchess, Westchester, Putnam and Rockland counties of NYS. The company is owned and operated by the Jamal Brothers and has been actively supporting community events and charitable giving since its inception in 1981.
The results of a companywide fund raising drives on behalf of the children of St. Jude throughout 2019 were recognized at the annual manager’s recognition meeting on Dec 10, 2019 at The Dutchess Manor in Beacon NY. At this meeting CPD ownership presented a check to Frances Pickles, Senior Event Marketing Representative of St Jude Children’s Hospital in the amount of $143,652.
CPD fundraising efforts have now realized over 1 million dollars in donations to the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital since the company’s expansion in the Hudson Valley and NY metro in January of 2011.
The annual month of October Pumpkin Pinup promotion in the Chestnut Mart Convenience Stores culminates the fund raising yearlong efforts, whereby Unit Managers and their sales team wallpaper the stores with pinups of customer donations on behalf of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Additionally, CPD hosts a charity fishing tournament in Old Saybrook CT each year in the month of June..
